FAQ

 

-What is the commitment?

There is no commitment, volunteering is based on your availability for various events throughout the school year.

-Do I need to volunteer/attend all events? 

No, but we appreciate any and all the help.

-When I volunteer, do I need to stay for the entire event?

No, not necessary as we do understand you would want to enjoy the events as well.

-How do you communicate?

Text and/or the Band app.

-Are there a minimum number or hours I need to commit to?

No.

-Do I need to attend any meetings?

We ask that you attend the PTA Association meetings that occur four times a year to hear about what is going on, especially before an event but that is not required.

-What are the potential volunteering tasks I could be assigned?

You would be asked to help set up, take down, or work security (at the gates or walking around) during our events.
